Angela D’Alfonso founded Double Bay Conveyancing in November 2005 and has been doing conveyancing for 30 years. From humble beginnings, Double Bay Conveyancing has grown into a highly successful business that prides itself on offering exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner.
Angela D’Alfonso is a fully qualified Conveyancer and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) from RMIT and is also a certified practising Conveyancer with the Australian Institute of Conveyancing.
Prior to forming Double Bay conveyancing Angela worked for a small law firm in South Yarra, did temporary work, and worked for a large law firm in Dandenong and several local conveyancing firms. Angela was also a director of a tyre store, worked for Westpac Banking Corporation and has done bookkeeping Furthermore, Angela undertakes regular seminars and courses to ensure she is up to date with legislation and conveyancing requirements and practices.
She is also using the most up to date computer software to streamline the automation of documents and uses a team of professionals to assist her.
Double Bay Conveyancing offers a fixed price service that includes all disbursements and GST so there are no hidden costs. The price you are quoted is what you will pay on the day of settlement, with no upfront fees!!!!! We also actively seek to obtain any concessions/discounts our clients may be entitled to including the principal place of residency discount, first homeowners stamp duty reduction or pensioner concession.
